Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Returns are only accepted in case of:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged/leaked product upon arrival
- Manufacturing defect
Not Eligible for Return:
- If the seal is broken or the product has been used
- If the request is made after 7 days of receiving the order
- If the scent is not to your personal preference
- Clearance or discounted items (non-returnable)
Return Process:
- Email or WhatsApp us with your Order Number, issue description, and images/videos of the product.
- Our support team will review your case and respond within 48 hours.
- Once approved, you may send the product back via any trackable courier service.
- After inspection, we will process:
- Exchange (same or different product, based on availability)
- Or refund/store credit (where applicable)
Return Shipping:
- Customers will bear the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our fault (wrong or damaged item).
- For Karachi-based orders, we may offer pickup for exchanges (subject to availability).
